Summary:

Our #4 Favorite Site. PerfectMatch.com is a very good site.

Before giving our review on PerfectMatch.com, we want to explain something. You may see a #4 ranking for PerfectMatch.com and assume it’s merely an average dating site. That couldn’t be any further from the truth. There are 5 outstanding dating sites and the rest are mediocre. Being ranked in the Top 5 is actually very high praise for PerfectMatch.com. Match.com and eHarmony.com are clearly the Top 2 dating sites. After that, the second-tier sites – PerfectMatch.com, Passion.com, and PassionSearch.com – round out the Top 5.

You’re probably asking yourself if it’s worth signing up for PerfectMatch.com or if you should only sign-up for Match.com or eHarmony.com. This is a very valid question and the unequivocal answer is yes, you should strongly consider PerfectMatch.com. We’re not going to try to convince you to sign-up for this site as opposed to Match/eHarmony. However, we do think PerfectMatch.com is a good 2nd or 3rd option. And we always stress the importance of using 2-3 dating sites at a time (read through our review for an explanation). Definitely sign-up for Match.com. After that, we’d recommend eHarmony.com as your 2nd site and one of the 2nd-tier sites as a third. However, if you can only afford 2 sites, don’t count out PerfectMatch.com for site #2. After reading this review, you just might find it to be a better dating site for you than eHarmony.com.

Our #4 Pick For The Best Online Dating Site: PerfectMatch.com

PerfectMatch.com: Review Of Our Results

We are happy to report that we had fabulous results on PerfectMatch.com. Far better results than we had expected. The truth is we read a lot of negative reports from angry former site members. So we really didn’t expect much from our membership on PerfectMatch.com. Our goal was to achieve a 50% response rate to our 450 emails sent over a 12-week period (5 per day) and set-up at least 1 date per week (12 total).

Because of the many negative reviews we read, we really didn’t expect to even meet our goal. As we learned, most Internet reviews are totally bogus – especially dating site reviews. The former members giving out the negative reviews to PerfectMatch.com likely don’t have a clue how to attract and meet women online. You can’t fault the site for you own lack of skill. Yes, there are some sites that skill matters very little because the site is total garbage. PerfectMatch.com is not one of those sites.

Not only did we meet our goal on PerfectMatch.com, we far exceeded it. 303 different women responded to our 450 introduction emails. That’s 67.3%, math nerds! We don’t only know how to meet women online, we also know how to work a calculator. Here’s some more math for you. In 12 weeks, we set-up 15 dates with some very cool and attractive ladies. The women we chatted with seemed to have their act together. There were no Meth addicts in the bunch!

The Top PerfectMatch.com First Emails That Worked

If you read through our online dating guide, you learned some valuable advice on writing introduction emails. Two of the email examples we provided in that guide were very successful on PerfectMatch.com. Those emails are as follows…

Email #1: “You weren’t supposed to open this message! I see you can’t follow directions. That’s okay, I’ll let it slide this time. In fact, I’m glad you disobeyed my order because I’d like to get to know you. Your profile really did catch my eye and it wasn’t only because of that pretty smile of yours.  I think we have a lot in common. You’re clearly into sports and staying active, which are some of the most important qualities I look for in a woman. I’d like to get to know you. What do you say we chat via IM soon? When works best for you?”

Email #2: “I won’t lie – what got me initially interested in you was your profile picture. But then I started to read your profile. I saw that you love baseball, rock n’ roll music, and comedies. And it ALMOST made me forget about how pretty your smile was. We’re both baseball fans, rock n’ roll is my favorite kind of music, and I’m a sucker for a stupid comedy. Will you marry me!? But seriously, I’m interested in chatting with you. If you’re anything like your profile claims to be, we’re a definite match. You. Me. Instant Message chat. Tonight?”

PerfectMatch.com Review: Getting The Edge On PerfectMatch.com

This is going to seem strange, but there really isn’t any way to get an “edge” on PerfectMatch.com. This is a very straightforward dating site. What we mean by that is there aren’t any real tricks to loophole your way to success. The best way to attract and meet women on PerfectMatch.com is to simply follow the advice we give in our online dating guide. The guide wasn’t written specifically for PerfectMatch.com, but the strategies we teach will definitely help you on this site. Follow the advice and you’ll definitely meet someone on PerfectMatch.com.

PerfectMatch.com Pitfalls: What We Didn’t Like About PerfectMatch.com

There appeared to be fewer decent women that were regularly active on the site than Match.com or eHarmony.com. It took us a bit longer to go through the list of profiles to decide which women to contact. We refused to just contact anyone on these sites unless desperation kicked in (which did happen on quite a few of the bottom 10 sites). We’re not trying to make it seem like we’re being critical of PerfectMatch.com. There are plenty of women. But we do have this one minor bone to pick with them.

PerfectMatch.com Review: Conclusion

We’re not trying to compare PerfectMatch.com to Match.com. There’s very little comparison. But then again, no site other than eHarmony.com can really compare to Match.com. However, we do think quite highly of PerfectMatch.com. As we’ve mentioned in this review, there were many things we enjoyed on PerfectMatch.com. And, yes, there was enough to enjoy for us to recommend this site to our readers.

Going back to what we said earlier, you should expand your potential date pipeline by signing up for multiple dating sites. 3 sites is plenty, 2 is often enough, 1 is usually not quite enough. Match.com should ALWAYS be your first option. After that, depending on your budget, you can choose between 1 or 2 of the following 5 sites – eHarmony.com, PassionSearch.com, PerfectMatch.com, and Passion.com. Make sure you’ve read through all of our reviews before making a decision. They’ll give you an idea of whether or not the site is right for you.
